The term subscriber/applicant/candidate shall refer to the parent, guardian, or ward of the candidate, and shall include the candidate who has registered with EduHealth Bridge and signed the declaration and application form. For the purposes of the services provided, all such individuals shall collectively be referred to as "The Second Party" or "Subscriber."
EduHealth Bridge is engaged solely in offering guidance, information, updates, and advisory support to assist subscribers in making informed career choices. EduHealth Bridge provides recommendations and support in identifying appropriate courses and institutions based on the subscriber’s preferences, eligibility, academic performance, and applicable criteria (such as domicile, state quota, category, etc.) as defined by the relevant authorities. Final decisions and actions taken based on this guidance are solely at the discretion of the subscriber.
EduHealth Bridge is not an agent for securing medical seats and does not guarantee admission, seat allocation, or placement for any subscriber. Its role is limited to assisting subscribers in understanding the admission process, eligibility criteria, requirements, and preconditions as outlined by relevant regulatory bodies such as MCC, MCI, NTA, and other competent authorities. Guidance is based solely on the information provided and the subscriber’s performance.
EduHealth Bridge facilitates access to information regarding the NEET counseling process, in accordance with the specific service package opted by the subscriber. The extent of support is defined by the scope of the selected package.
EduHealth Bridge shall not be held responsible if a subscriber fails to secure a seat or admission due to ineligibility, non-fulfillment of required criteria, underperformance, or any other restrictions imposed by medical authorities or institutions, including but not limited to MCC, MCI, IMA, NEET, or individual colleges. EduHealth Bridge assumes no liability for outcomes resulting from decisions made by admission authorities or institutions.
EduHealth Bridge shall not be liable if a subscriber is unable to secure admission or a seat due to delays in providing necessary information or documents, submission of incorrect or incomplete documentation, or failure to respond or take timely action as advised (verbally or otherwise) by EduHealth Bridge.
EduHealth Bridge does not assume responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in the completion of application forms (online or offline). The subscriber shall remain solely responsible for the correctness of information provided, regardless of whether the forms were filled by the subscriber or by EduHealth Bridge on the subscriber’s behalf and instruction.
EduHealth Bridge reserves the right to take legal action and terminate services immediately if a subscriber is found to have engaged in fraudulent activities, including submission of forged documents or false information. In such cases, any subscription fee paid shall be forfeited, and EduHealth Bridge shall have the right to pursue legal remedies.
All civil disputes arising out of or in connection with this Service Agreement shall be initially referred to the senior management of EduHealth Bridge for amicable resolution. If the dispute remains unresolved within seven (7) days from the date of referral, it shall be submitted to arbitration, to be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
The arbitrator shall be a qualified individual with expertise in the subject matter of the dispute. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. The laws governing this Agreement and the arbitration process shall be the laws of India. Both parties shall bear the arbitration costs equally, unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator.
Eduhealth Bridge primarily provides counseling services. Any payment required for paid offerings—such as counseling packages, NEET predictors, or online NEET coaching—will be clearly communicated to the user prior to making any transaction. Unless otherwise specified, full payment for any product or service must be completed before the user can access the associated program or service.
It is the sole responsibility of the subscriber to evaluate the relevance and suitability of the selected product or service, including counseling club memberships, before enrollment or purchase.
In the event of service suspension or termination due to non-compliance with the Terms of Use, any amount already paid shall be immediately forfeited, and no refund or adjustment shall be entertained under any circumstances.
Subscribers are encouraged to contact our service team for any queries or concerns regarding the products or services availed.
While Eduhealth Bridge does not offer any product under a “Guaranteed Success” scheme, if a product is explicitly sold with a minimum guarantee, a refund may be initiated only if the promised outcomes are not met. However, such refunds are strictly subject to the subscriber fulfilling the minimum engagement requirements, such as completing the specified number of study hours or tests, as outlined in the respective package details.
